Wow, Janice. Thanks, that really means a lot to me..just hearing from someone. :) Wow, i feel all special now. Tee hee hee! But in response to your post, i just have to say: (1.) You, Janice Baclig, are NOT..i repeat..are not a loser!!! I read somewhere that self-mantras (things that you tell yourself over and over) tend to really make a difference in a person's life, how they feel about themselves, and how they carry themselves in their every-day lives, and any mantra at all should only be a positive one. Even telling yourself once, "God, i'm so stupid" or, "Man, am i DUMB", no matter how funky and funny it may sound, can actually make a difference in your attitude about yourself and your appearance. So telling yourself that can actually lower self-esteem, so try and be positive. Be thankful for everything, as i think you are, which is explained later on in your post. and (2.) Don't ever be afraid to ask anyone anywhere. I bet you there's a guy out there who can't wait for you to ask them. They're probably like, "Oh, when will Janice ever find the courage to ask ME, _________ to the Sadie Hawkin's Dance?". Nothing can go wrong. The worse that could ever happen is that if you DO ask him, is that he says no..but hey, it's his loss, besides, "there are other fish in the sea", right? But the worst that could happen if you DON'T ask him, is that you'll have a seed of regret, planting itself in the rich soil of sadness, buried deep in the dark corners hidden away within the crevices of your soul. And you'll harbor this pain, this suffering, this sadness of thinking, "What if?.." until that seed of regret finally sprouts, grows, and turns into a tree of hatred and bitterness...and then you'll turn out like, like...ME! ;) But really, you don't want that to happen. Remember that as we all get older, we want good memories to fall back on..don't let this be one of the bad ones. Ask him. Don't worry, he'll say yes. And if not, i'll kick his ass (well, maybe i'll leave that part to Mark). As will the rest of us here at ourweirdminds...we may be weird, as with our minds, but we'll back you up 100% whenever. WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK, JANICE!!! Good luck, and God's speed!!! Plus, i remember Kathy M. said this in English class last year, that you should, "Never stop smiling, 'cuz you never know if someone is falling in love with your smile".

Tee hee hee! Over and out.
